"Repair Service Assignment
1. Repair service undertakes to repair the device registered in this assignment.
2. Repair service charges 2000 Huf (4000 Huf in case of laptops) for detecting the error. This amount is not paid if the client has the device repaired by the service.
3. Repair service fixes the device below 6000 Huf without previous information of the Client. Beyond 6000 Huf Client is informed on phone and Repair Service fixes the device after the Client’s approval. Time of the repair is 7-14 business-days (3-5 business-days in case of desk-top).This time limit may increase due to the supply of the spare parts. The time of repair can be shortened at the request of the Client for a 50% additional charge.
4. Client admits the sole ownership of the device by signing this assignment.
5. If Client fails to take his/her device away within a week after being repaired, s/he is liable to pay 200 Huf per week for storage. Client agrees that after 3 months the device becomes the property of the Repair Service and not of the Client’s anymore. Repair Service sells the device to cover the costs of the repair and the storage. Repair Service doesn’t take responsibility for the data stored on the hard disc and for further damages may occur after BIOS update.
6. Client receives the device (herein) after showing this assignment up.
7. This assignment is corresponded with the free will of both signatories."
